He is passionate about helping business owners and leadership teams cut through complexity, align around clear priorities and put practical strategies into action. Steves approach is grounded in a simple philosophy: look after your people, and the rest will follow. With a strong background in coaching, leadership and digital transformation, Steve helps businesses build capable teams, simplify systems and create a clear path for growth. Steve holds an MBA, Grad Cert Behavioural Economics and several industry certifications.
Carrie Baldwin
Carrie is a business and technology adviser with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses improve financial performance, streamline operations and use technology more effectively. She has worked with small and medium businesses, startups and global organisations across accounting and finance, operations, change management and large-scale technology transformation, with particular expertise in financial services. Carrie has built and sold both a SaaS software company and a successful accounting practice, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of starting, scaling and running a business. Carrie helps businesses uncover where profit is leaking, improve the way they operate and create a clear path for growth. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business, a Master of Information Technology Management and is a registered BAS agent. She also holds several industry certifications.
