Steve has a background spanning Financial Services, SaaS, Cloud Consultancy, and Entertainment and thrives on coaching, mentoring, and fostering teams that are not just enabled but empowered to innovate. Steve has a passion to align executive teams, shaping innovative strategies, and enable digital transformations that simplify complex challenges. Steve holds an MBA, Grad Cert Behavioural Economics and several industry certifications.
Carrie Baldwin
With a background in financial services, manufacturing, SaaS and cloud consultancy, Carrie has worked with C-suite executives and leadership teams from Fortune 500 organisations to shape and implement their technical strategies for 20 years. She has a special interest in program remediation and change management. Carrie can support your teams to prepare, govern, execute and deliver complex programs. Additionally, she has firsthand experience as an entrepreneur, having founded and scaled two other ventures. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business, Masters of IT and most change management & agile certifications.
